AR bricks/tiles are used for masonry construction, floorings subject to acid attack, lining of chambers and towers in chemical plants, lining of chemical sewers carrying industrial effluents, etc, to prevent deterioration of the surface by acids except hydro fluoric acid and perchloric acid, and other chemicals.

CARBON BRICKS / TILES (CUMIBON)

Carbon bricks and tiles are recommended for hydrofluoric acid, hydroflurosilicic acid and their salts conditions. In some of the practical industrial conditions, nitric acid is associated with the above acids or salts like in stainless steel pickling plants. They are also specified for thermal fluctuations or cyclic conditions where the conventional acid resistant brick is not satisfactory. In addition to bricks and tiles CUMI Prodorite is equipped to supply carbon shapes and blocks as per customer requirements.
